Due to hygiene reasons, all wigs and hair products must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items that have been worn, altered, brushed, washed, or damaged cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
